Skaggs RV Outlet is a small town RV dealership with strong family values and a commitment to the community. Yet, large enough to have a good selection of inventory as well as an award winning service department. We set a goal several years ago that being the largest RV dealer would not be as important as being the BEST dealership to do business with. As a result of this goal we have enjoyed a consistent growth and now with our interstate location, we are able to make new friends and customers as they pass thru Kentucky to destinations of fun and leisure. We have product offerings from Coachmen, Clipper, Forest River Flagstaff, E-Pro, Micro Lite, Super Lite, Classic Lite, pop up campers, hardside campers, Keystone and other brands to better serve our customers needs

NeVelle Skaggs grew up in the camping lifestyle with his parents and frequently camped during his childhood years. NeVelle then worked for an RV Dealer during his high school years in the 70's gaining experience in the RV business. This combined experience gives Skaggs RV Outlet an edge in dealing with RV selection and trouble shooting. NeVelle started in business in 1983 with a simple goal - 'treat everyone the way I would want to be treated. Be fair, honest, and provide a quality product'. This has been proven by the ever - growing list of repeat customers as well as service and performance awards including numerous Customer Service and Sales Awards from Carriage and Service Relations Award from Winnebago. Skaggs RV Outlet LLC has become recognized as being one of the leading RV dealers in the Louisville Kentucky area.

NeVelle is active daily in the dealership and now his daughter, Alexis Skaggs, is playing an active role in the company through sales and marketing. Camping is near and dear to the Skaggs Family as NeVelle met his wife, Robyn Skaggs, while they were camping with their parents. NeVelle is very active in the community in such organizations as the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce and the local 4-H and FFA clubs. NeVelle has been a firefighter for over 40 years with 10 years as an officer including 3 years as Fire Chief and currently sits on the Board of Directors and the Hardin County Fire Advisory Board.

Skaggs RV Outlet moved into a new facility in 2006 that includes a showroom, large parts department, large service bays, as well as administrative offices and state of the art conference room. This has made increased efficiency and convenience more than ever before.

NeVelle is also active in the (RVDA) Recreational Vehicle Dealer Association for the past 20 years as a Kentucky state delegate.
