Steve in the body shop made our not so fun situation a whole lot better with the service he provided. Anytime I had questions or concerns he was quick to respond and did everything he could to take care of us. We will recommend Skaggs RV to everyone!

Skaggs RV Team is the best! We were RV traveling through the area this past weekend and had roof vent damage occur. Quick web search and we found that Scaggs was our next option on route but was hour and a half away. It was closing time on Saturday evening for them, but they had me text pictures of the parts we needed and quickly figured out which ones they had that would fit our RV. We arranged payment info on the phone and they were kind enough to leave our parts where they would be available to us as we passed thru their area! EXCELLENT customer service! Great prices! I have to say that I am truly impressed with how Everyone at Skaggs RV Outlet handled everything from the purchase to picking it up and buying all the things we needed to start out with. Everyone worked so well together to get the job done and was so gracious to help me to feel confident before leaving, even helping with their knowledgable advice for us first-timers. They all go above and beyond!!! They make you feel like family!!! I will ONLY shop here for future rv's and supplies!

I have purchased two travel trailers from Skaggs RV and both experiences were excellent. My original purchase last year was my first purchase of an RV and the personnel at Skaggs were great to work with in every department. This year I upgraded and want to say that AGAIN, the entire experience was superb. I have spent a lifetime in the sales field (not RV) and the Skaggs experience was precisely what a customer wants in every respect. The sales force knows their products, are very easy to work with and not pushy in the least. In the year I have worked with them, they have always been good to their word. That goes a long way. The personnel in parts and service are also extremely competent and reliable. When they gave me their word on a part or service, they always delivered. My Wife and I did not purchase our Landmark through Skaggs RV. However the service department has went above and beyond the requirement to assist in getting all warranty work completed, even though it has been a struggle with Heartland warranty department. Mark, Moe and the entire team at Skaggs truly places the customer first in satisfaction. If Skaggs handled the Landmark, I would definitely give them first shot when we purchased. Everyone at Skagg's went above and beyond to help with our hydraulic jack problem. They took our RV in right away so we could get back on the road. They diagnosed a loose hose and refilled our fluid to get us on our way. Everyone was so friendly and professional (a special thanks to Steve). We would recommend this service dept. to anyone! We have a fifth wheel trailer that we purchased from a dealer in Indiana, we do a lot of camping at Dale Hallow State Park so we pass right by Skaggs RV on our way to the lake. Recently we have had a few issues with the trailer and decided to give Skaggs an opportunity to help us, I AM SO GLAD WE DID!!!!
